Welcome to Green Village Flowers. By placing an order through our website, by phone, or in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies help ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all customers.

Orders


All orders depend on availability and acceptance.

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. However, Green Village Flowers may cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a substitution, rescheduling, or refund.


Substitutions


Because flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

Our florists will always strive to maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. If a major substitution is required, we will make every effort to contact you beforehand.


Delivery


We deliver within our local service area.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, holidays, and order volume. While we make every effort to deliver on the requested date and time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Green Village Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, or recipient unavailability.

Same-day delivery is not available at this time. However, we try to remain flexible, so please contact us if you need a same-day option.


Cancellations and Changes


Orders may be canceled or modified if the request is made before the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched for delivery.

Once an order has been prepared or delivered, cancellations may no longer be possible.


Refund Policy


Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or a partial/full refund. Photographic proof may be requested.

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or damages done after the successful delivery.

Product Care


Flowers are natural and perishable products. Proper care is essential to maintain freshness and longevity.

We recommend:
- placing flowers in clean water immediately
- trimming stems regularly
- keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts

Flower lifespan may vary depending on the flower type and environmental conditions.


Pricing


All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Prices may vary during holidays and peak seasons due to increased demand and fluctuations in flower market pricing.


Intellectual Property


All images, floral designs, logos, and website content (including blog articles and materials) are the property of Green Village Flowers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability


Green Village Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


Wedding and Event Flowers


Green Village Flowers creates custom floral designs for weddings and special events.

To reserve your event date and begin the design process, we may require a non-refundable deposit. Please pay the remaining balance before the event unless we agree otherwise.

Because flowers are seasonal and availability may change, we may substitute flowers with similar style, color, and value when necessary.

Please request any changes to your order at least 7 days before the event. Because we order flowers in advance and begin preparations early, cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

We may offer delivery and setup depending on the event location. Once we deliver or install the flowers at the venue, Green Village Flowers is not responsible for damage caused by weather, venue staff, or guests.
